A Texas man been ordered to pay nearly $7 million in court-ordered restitution and forfeit over 90 classic and exotic cars after being found guilty of fraud.
Stephenville businessman Clayton Lloyd Iley, 41 pled guilty to wire fraud and aggravated identity theft charges after he convinced numerous individuals to invest money in a nonexistent loan program, as well as taking out unauthorized credit cards in their name.
Iley was forced to forfeit over 90 collectors and exotic vehicles he obtained through funds from the scam, which included four Lamborghinis, three Maseratis, two Ferraris, a Porsche Taycan, a Dodge SRT Viper, a Pontiac Firebird, two Humvees, and a military cargo truck.
Iley will also be serving more than 13 years in federal prison and had to forfeit his properties at five Texas addressed.
