Museums may not be for everyone, but the Perot Museum of Nature & Science is giving many in DFW a reason to come and give it another try. On Thursday, the museum will bring back their Thursdays on Tap event. The program offers anyone 21 and older the chance to tour the entire museum with a few drinks mixed in to spice things up.
Starting April 6, the Perot Museum will be hosting a weekly program from 6 P.M. to 10 P.M. with no children allowed. The event will be every week until October 26 and will feature an outdoor bar and rotating food trucks.
According to Dallas Culture Map, drinks from the bar cost only $3-$10.
There will also be weekly live music from different local artists. Tickets for Thursdays on Top are $25 for non-members and $5 for members. Maybe this will be the thing that gets more people into art.
