Whenever an iconic musician passes away, one of the first things fans wonder is if there was any unreleased music left in the vault. While some say the music shouldn't be released without the artist's permission, many fans cherish the final bit of music they'll get to hear from their favorite musicians. Now, former Van Halen frontman Sammy Hagar has claimed that there are "a few jams" left in the vault from his Van Halen days that could be released in the future.

Since Eddie Van Halen passed away last year, fans have wondered if they would ever get to hear the guitarist's sound ever again. Luckily, they may get that chance thanks to Sammy Hagar. According to Hagar, "There were two songs that we actually finished, 90% finished, that we never got mixed, and they never made a record."

Hagar went on to say of the songs, "One was kind of a midtempo ballad-y 'Can't Stop Loving You' kind of song. The other one was a heavy 'Poundcake' rocker kind of thing." According to Ultimate Classic Rock, Hagar also recently teased a 5150 era demo for 'I Want Some Action,' on his social media pages. Hopefully Van Halen fans will get a taste of this music soon enough.
