Not only has he successfully fronted multiple bands, but he has built a brand that consists of restaurants, bars, spirits and retail as well. With all his businesses seemingly revolving around the Cabo lifestyle; Los Cabos, Mexico has decided to finally name the Red Rocker an ambassador.
Earlier this week, Sammy Hagar was named an Honorary Ambassador of Los Cabos by the Baja Tourism Department. “In recognition of Mr. Hagar’s incredible commitment to Los Cabos and our new partnership, we are thrilled to honor him with this unprecedented role in championing Los Cabos as a prestigious travel and business destination. We are thrilled that Mr. Hagar will continue to bring his incredible network of friends in music, entertainment and business to Los Cabos,” said the municipal President of Los Cabos.
According to Loudwire, Sammy Hagar fell in love with the popular travel destination when he first visited 40 years ago. Since then, he has made sure to promote the area with just about everything he does. Soon enough, Hagar may be adding president of Los Cabos to his resume as well.
