After a disastrous return to the stage two months ago, Vince Neil attempted a second comeback at a private show in Texas over the weekend. Luckily, Neil had some backup, bringing Sammy Hagar on stage for a Led Zeppelin cover. Video of the two rock icons covering ‘Rock N’ Roll’ over the weekend went viral, and fans are happy this performance turned out better than Neil’s last.

As seen in the clip, Vince Neil was back jamming out with friend and fellow rocker Sammy Hagar, as the two performed Led Zeppelin’s ‘Rock N’ Roll’ with Neil’s backing band. The performance was much different than Neil’s first show back after over a year off. That performance went viral for a much different reasons, as Neil left the stage mid-show due to poor performance. According to Blabbermouth, this weekend’s performance took place at a private event in Austin, Texas.

While the fan-recorded clip doesn’t have the clearest audio, many fans were happy to see Neil back on stage. The Motley Crue singer even made it through the entire show, which many were happy about. Apparently all he needed was the Red Rocker by his side.
