A new, fast-casual chicken restaurant will soon be making its Texas debut with eight new spots across Dallas-Fort Worth.
Huey Magoos, a chain of restaurants from former Wingstop executive Andy Howard, was founded in Orlando in 2004.
Andy Howard, President and CEO of Huey Magoo's, said in a statement, “This agreement reflects the continued strong interest we're seeing from experienced multi-unit franchisees who recognize the strength of our model and the depth of support behind it.
"We're proud to introduce the Huey Magoo's experience to new Texas and Alabama communities with such a strong franchise group."
According to a press release from PR Newswire, Huey Magoo's has signed a development agreement for eight restaurants in the North Dallas market, though the restaurant declined to name specific addresses for their locations.
