Escaping the hustle of city living to a life in the Texas Hill Country sounds absolutely divine. Unfortunately, packing up your entire life and moving hundreds of miles away can prove to be quite expensive.

The Ballard’s are raffling off their 76.06-acre property, located about 112 miles northwest of San Antonio, and it could all be yours for just $7.
The Ballard’s were inspired by similar property raffles in the past and feel like it’s the right move and the right time for them.
Katy told MySA.com, " We saw [The Yurtopian Hill Country resort] go live and we thought, 'wow, what a perfect opportunity,’ this could be a really new trend for how real estate is transacted. It seems like it's starting in Texas, but we think this could be a real trend nationwide and even worldwide. So we want to jump on it and see where this takes us."
The couple also noted that they did not want to deal with a realtor at this stage, despite acknowledging that the raffle "is far more expensive than a realtor."
