When Texas Live! first opened in Arlington, it promised to bring plenty of food and entertainment to the game day experience for both Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers fans. Now, the mixed-use project is ready to enter the next stage of their development, bringing residents to the area. Texas Live! recently broke ground on their new luxury apartments that are expected to be ready by 2024.
Thanks to Texas Live!, AT&T Stadium, Globe Life Field and Choctaw Stadium, the Arlington Entertainment district continues to grow. Now, another major component is being added to the area, as One Rangers Way will be a 300-unit luxury rental project being built by Maryland-based developer The Cordish Cos and the Rangers. According to Dallas Morning News, the project will cost more than $70 million.
The five story apartment is expected to feature 200,000 square feet of restaurants, retail and entertainment venues, meeting and convention space, and an outdoor event pavilion. It will be the first new residential component of the Texas Live! development. Soon, Cowboys and Rangers fans won't have to worry about how they are getting home after the game, as long as they live at One Rangers Way.
