The drivers around Texas are really something different, but this incident is a little more extreme than someone cutting you off or neglecting to use their blinker.

For a lot of reasons this is not the greatest idea; could you imagine him getting caught in a hail storm while on his ride?
And according to the Texas Transportation Code, motor-assisted scooters "may be operated only on a street or highway for which the posted speed limit is 35 miles per hour or less."
Since Interstate 40 has a posted speed limit of 60mph, it's safe to say this guy wasn't exactly street legal.
