It’s been a while since we’ve seen a new Trader Joe’s open in North Texas; for the last few years, the grocery store frenzy has been dominated about which town is finally getting an H-E-B.

In fact, it’s been eight years since we’ve seen a Trader Joe’s open in North Texas, but all that changes today.

This morning will see the official opening of the brand-new Trader Joe’s in Coppell, the 20th Trader Joe’s location in Texas!

According to CultureMap Dallas, there will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony, and  Store Captain Parker Staley and Trader Joe’s Crew Members will be on hand to welcome customers to the new store.

Like all Trader Joe’s around the country, the artwork inside will highlight local sites around the city, including Coppell High School, Bethel Road, and the water tower, along with the Coppell historical railroad depot.

Trader Joe’s in Coppell is located at 120 S Denton Tap Rd, Coppell, TX 75019
