It’s been almost a decade since Van Halen last took the stage, performing for the last time ever October 4, 2015, five years before the death of Eddie Van Halen.

Through the decades of music, and the thousands of performances, one notorious show from Dallas has yet to see the light of day.

Until now.

Van Halen took the stage in 1991 at the West End Marketplace in Dallas, and after over three decades the performance will finally be released on video.

According to the Dallas Morning News, the concert will be released as part of a 5-disc expanded edition of its reissued ‘91 album For Unlawful Carnal Knowledge.

The free concert was notorious for just how many people showed up.  The day after the show, the DMNdubbed the show as a it a “West End Swarm,” and reported that though police estimated 25,000 people were there, promoters claimed there were as much as 50,000!

From a clip of the band performing “Poundcake” that day, the crowd seemed to be a LOT more.

The limited-edition set is available for $99.98 at www.vanhalenstore.com!
