A 30-year-old has been arrested in Austin after his rampage at an area Vietnamese restaurant caused nearly $60,000 in damages.
Patrons at 888 Pan Asian restaurant said Baron Heinrich was flipping tables, vandalizing property, and throwing items at employees seemingly “without warning.”
According to KXAN, when officers moved in to to detain Heinrich, they found it difficult to make their way to him because of the “extraordinary amount of damaged property which blocked the path and covered the floor.”
The restaurant estimates the damage done to the property and dining area at around $57,000.
Heinrich was eventually arrested and is facing charges of state-jail felony terroristic threat with a pecuniary loss over $1500.
