When they say Bandera, TX is the "Cowboy Capital of the World," they really mean it!
Video from the Old Spanish Trail Restaurant shows a pair of cowboys having a dispute over cattle encroaching on some land. Before it escalates, a waitress chases the men out of the establishment using what else, but a whip!
Now according to KENS 5, the men in the video were actors part of a little playlet if you will, as confirmed by people familiar with the town. TikTok users were stumped trying to figure out if this exchange was real or not!
The actors are part of the group Western Heritage Gunfighters, who perform regularly in different places in Bandera.
The Old Spanish Trail Restaurant has been serving customers since 1921, and is the oldest continuously operated restaurant in Bandera County!
