An Evo Entertainment venue will soon be coming to one of North Texas' fastest-growing cities.
The company announced they will be bringing an entertainment complex to the Village at the Gateway in Forney, which will include a cinema, bowling, and arcade games.
According to WFAA, the venue would become the last major anchor of the development, which also features Target, H-E-B, and Home Depot as other incoming tenants.
The first phase of Village at Gateway is expected to open in summer 2026 and will feature 500,000 square feet of premium retail. The second phase will add an additional 200,000 square feet of retail and will eventually include 650 multifamily units.
