With so many people moving to DFW in recent years, neighborhoods all over the metroplex have become high demand. However, one area of Dallas in particular has become so popular; Zillow just named it the US neighborhood homebuyers are most interested in. The study claims Northeast Dallas is the most viewed neighborhood on Zillow, beating out iconic Los Angeles area, the Hollywood Hills.

While Zillow is mostly a tool for potential homebuyers to find their future home, it is also used by people just trying to look at some of the nicest homes the country has to offer. Luckily, one area in North Texas has both, as Northeast Dallas was recently named Zillow’s neighborhood homebuyers are most interested in. According to WFAA, the study by HouseFresh looked at the 100 most-populous cities in the US and averaged the neighborhoods' daily views on Zillow.

Northeast Dallas took the top spot with 36,113 daily views, beating out Hollywood Hills in Los Angeles with 32,216 views, Camelback East in Phoenix with 30,366 views, La Jolla in San Diego with 25,735 views and Upper East Side in New York with 24,125. The next closest DFW neighborhood was Preston Hollow with 18,859 views. Thanks to this study, DFW now has another way to prove it’s the best.
