Man dies of injuries after Tenderloin shooting

A 43-year-old man has died of his injuries following a shooting on Thursday in San Francisco's Tenderloin District.

The shooting happened at about 10 a.m. near Market St. and McAllister St. The victim was taken to a local hospital with critical injuries but died a short time later, San Francisco Police said.

The victim's identity has not been released.

No arrests have been made. An investigation is ongoing.
