PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Pittsburgh Public Safety announced that 44 people were arrested from protests that were held Downtown on Saturday for the death of George Floyd.There were 43 adults and one juvenile arrested for actions done at the protest.Many of them were taken in for looting and rioting.

May 31, 2020 Two police cars were set ablaze during the protests on Saturday and four police officers were injured and transported to the hospital.All four have since been released.
Three local journalists were also treated for injuries.None of the injuries were serious.
