High Wind Watch In Effect From Sunday Morning Through Monday Morning

PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) – Pittsburgh is under a High Wind Watch from 7 a.m. Sunday morning until 7 a.m. Monday morning, with the strongest winds expected Sunday morning into Sunday evening.

Sustained winds could of at least 40 mph are expected, with wind gusts are reaching 60 mph, which can blow down trees and power lines, resulting in possible power outages.

Please use caution: traveling will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
