PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Six to twelve years behind bars for the Philadelphia man who pleaded guilty to raping and sexually assaulting two girls in Harrison, Allegheny County.
45-year-old Willie James Porter admitted Monday to the 2014 assaults when the victims were 8 and 11 years old.
Seven other charges were withdrawn for Porter's plea.
He will serve five years' probation and must register as a sex offender for life after his release.
