Man To Spend 6 Months In Jail For Intimidation In Wilkinsburg Mass Shooting Trail

PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - An alternate juror in Cheron Shelton's homicide trial says a man made her “very uncomfortable” Wednesday as a video was being played in court.

That man, Lonnie Jenkins, will spend six months in jail for intimidation.

KDKA-TV's  Amy Wadas reports Jenkins positioned himself near the juror and made comments about the proceedings that included an expletive.

Shelton is on trial for the mass shooting at backyard barbecue in

Wilkinsburg four years ago.

 Five people, including a pregnant woman, were killed.
