Penn American Water issued a statement that residents could experience low water pressure or no water service at all in the area around Bockstoce Avenue and Cookie Lane.

Residents could also see cloudy or discolored water when service is restored. Penn America Water said that discolored water should be run until it is clear before use.

Penn American Water is estimating around 9 hours will be needed to complete repairs.
