Police: Fatal Shooting Led To Amber Alert

CONNELLSVILLE, Pa. (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - New information on an amber alert issued this morning.

The alert was issued when police responded to gunshots at a Fayette County home and found a man dead.

52-year-old William Stewart was found dead from an apparent homicide around 2 a.m. in a home on East Fairview Avenue in Connellsville.

The alert was canceled after a 15-year-old boy was found in Chambersburg, Franklin County with another man.

32-year-old Keith Bradshaw allegedly abducted the teen after the shooting.

Police say another person is in custody with Bradshaw in connection with the shooting death of 52-year-old William Stewart.

Her name is Marjorie Jay.

Connellsville Police say there is no risk to the public and asks anyone with information to give them a call.
