PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) - Twenty-five percent service reductions went into effect Wednesday at the Allegheny County Port Authority.
Most of the cuts are during the morning and afternoon rush hours.
In addition, bus riders are now boarding and exiting by the rear door to avoid contact with drivers.
Ridership has fallen 60 percent or more since the outbreak.
Bus riders who pay cash are not required to pay.
Connect Card users can just show their cards. Fare boxes are still in use for light rail.
