PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) — The owner of the North Side gas station where employees assaulted two African-American women has terminated the lease.

LGP Realty says it’s already working to find a new operator for the Exxon at Marshall Avenue and Brighton Road.

Protestors have staged sit-ins at the station that has been closed since last week.

Three employees, Scott Hill, Sukhjinder Sadhra, and Balkar Singh, have been charged with simple assault in the incident.
