Westmoreland County's coroner is reporting the deaths of four people in what appears to be a murder-suicide.
Coroner Tim Carson says two adults and two children, reported ages of around 1 and 5, were found dead in a home on Keck Lane, near the border of Hempfield and Sewickley Townships.
The Coroner has identified the adult victims as 35-year-old Paul Swarner and 32-year-old Karen Swarner, both of Hempfield Township.
State Police were at the scene this morning.
