Aliquippa police say a man they were chasing at the Valley Terrace Apartments yesterday fired a gunshot at them.
This happened around 5:15 p.m. Wednesday.
They were investigating reports that a man was dressed in black and waving a gun.
They chased him into a stairwell when the shot was fired.
No one was hurt and now State Police in Beaver are also investigating.
