PITTSBURGH (Newsradio 1020 KDKA) — The Elections Division completed another batch of ballots that have been uploaded to the nationwide total.
First of all, the Division finished tallying the overseas and military votes that had been mostly counted in the last update.
There was still roughly a third of those votes that needed counted.
Also mentioned in the last update, the Division had to move on to a part of the process where they addressed double representation or inconsistent and incorrect ballots.
After verifying eligible ballots and factoring in the military and overseas votes, the Division reported another 9,288 ballots.
In turn, the newest bundle brings the county total to 691,850 votes.
As it pertains to the presidential election, Joe Biden received 7,300 of the 9,288 votes, and Donald Trump got 1,875.
