An arrest has been made in the December 15 shooting that took place in Southside Flats.
On Wednesday, Pittsburgh Police arrested 36-year-old Ralph Omar Williams of McKeesport.
Williams now faces attempted homicide, aggravated assault, robbery, reckless endangerment and gun charges.
Williams and the victim, each driving separate vehicles, were apparently exchanging information following a car crash involving both of them on Pius Street.
At the time, the victim told police it was then that Williams shot him.
