Classes are canceled today for all students and staff in the Charleroi Area School District due to a large water main break.
Officials say the break occurred just before 5 this morning, along McKean Avenue and First Street, near the Gulf and Sunoco gas stations.
The break has left several businesses and residents without water.
Route 88 remains shut down in the area, while crews work to assess the damage.
