People without health insurance can find help at pennie.com, along with financial assistance.
Pennsylvania Governor Wolf says part of PENNIE's mission is making coverage accessible and understandable.
"You don't have to be an insurance expert to call PENNIE. You don't even have to know for sure what you want or need. Just call PENNIE because they have a fantastic customer service team and they will walk you through every step," said Gov. Wolf
Online tools help people compare different healthcare plans and evaluate costs without having to provide any personal information.
