When he’s not entertaining listeners on 100.7 Star during “Bubba Show with Bubba and Melanie Taylor,” you can usually find Bubba at one of his two Bubba’s Burghers restaurants.
Like so many others, Pennsylvania’s pandemic has crushed his business. The state shutdown on indoor dining has crippled his Southpointe location. Takeout alone just wasn’t an option.
Some employees are able to pick up work at the other location in Highlands, WV but for others there simply isn’t any work. Bubba decided he wants to make sure his roughly 40 employees keep getting paychecks. To do that he had to get creative.
He came up with a gift certificate promotion that puts money aside from every purchase. That money will be distributed among his staff.
