A Pittsburgh-area park has been voted among the best “hidden gems” for dogs in the country.

According to Technobark, Hartwood Acres Dog Park is the second-best “off-the-radar” dog park in America, behind only Prospect Dog Park in Brooklyn, New York.

“Hartwood Acres Dog Park in Pittsburgh is where the trees are a backdrop to an adventure playground for pooches of all sizes,” the survey says. “With its wooded wonderland and open meadows, it’s not just a walk, it’s an exploration.”

Other popular dog parks in the area include North Side Dog Park, Olympia, Point State Park, Riding Meadow, Riverview Dog Park, South Park Dog Park, Southside Riverfront Park & Trail and more.
