A family-owned local candy store is closing after nearly 80 years in business.
Jameson's Candy in New Castle has announced they are closing their doors sometime in the summer.
"the exact date is not known yet," a message on their website reads. A reason for the closure has not been provided.
Jameson's will be open for Easter and will be in production through the holiday.
Operating since 1945, Jameson's Candy is located at 3471 Wilmington Road.
