Police have charged a Monroeville man in connection with a fatal shooting earlier this month in Baldwin.
Allegheny County Police say 22-year-old Adelin Itongwa shot 20-year-old female, Ramiah Griffin around 4:30 p.m. on February 9.
She was suffering from multiple gunshots and died at the scene.
Griffin’s one-year-old child was also in the apartment at the time of the shooting in a separate room, unharmed.
Police say Itongwa is the father of the child.
He faces charges of criminal homicide and endangering the welfare of a child.
Itongwa was arrested on Wednesday afternoon and taken to Allegheny County Jail.
