Police arrested a man Wednesday wanted in a North Side shooting in February.
The U.S. Marshall's Western PA Fugitive Task Force and Pittsburgh Police say 46-year-old Jermaine Cowell was arrested on the 100 block of Sheffield Street in the North Side.
He is accused of shooting a man in the chest in the 900 block of Pennsylvania Avenue February 28.
Sheffield is charged with attempt homicide, aggravated assault, and firearms counts.
He was transported to the Allegheny County Jail.
