Police have made an arrest in connection with a homicide in Pittsburgh on Sunday.
Pittsburgh Police have arrested 21-year-old Joshua Short in the shooting death of 29-year-old Joseph Sees in Manchester.
The shooting happened at Stedman Street and Fontella Street just before 4:30 a.m.
He faces criminal homicide charges, as well as aggravated assault, burglary and a firearm violation in connection with an incident that happened before the homicide.
He is also charged with stealing a car in a separate incident that happened on Wednesday morning.
