The man is wanted after taking an antique bicycle that was passed down to a woman from her mother.
According to police, she used to ride around the bike in the neighborhood, as well as take her daughter on rides with a child carrier.
The suspect ran from police and is asking people if they have any information about the identity of this man, to contact the police station at 412-821-3410 ext. 2.
