State police say a Mercer County man is facing charges after they say he repeatedly undressed in the window in front of delivery drivers.
Police say three separate female delivery drivers reported that 56-year-old Richard Miller would intentionally undress or already be naked and stand in his clear view of his windows as they delivered packages to his door in Coolspring Township.
Miller is charged with indecent exposure and opened lewdness.
