The man arrested Monday night, accused of threatening New Castle High School and its students, has been identified.
The New Castle News reports 32-year-old Octavius Clark is facing a felony charge for making terroristic threats.
Clark allegedly called a crisis line and threatened to kill as many white people as he could by shooting at a school or church. The crisis line was able to get the police involved.
Police say the threats made Friday led to a lock down at the school during Prom. Students had to be evacuated.
Clark was arraigned Tuesday, and his bond was set at $300,000.
