
A fire broke out just after 10:30 a.m. Monday morning in the Manchester neighborhood of Pittsburgh.

The Pittsburgh Fire Department responded to the fire at the Bidwell Hi-Rise apartment complex on Sheffield Street.
The department deployed their high-rise plan and the third and fourth floors were evacuated.
The source of the fire was discovered to be a dryer on the third floor of the complex.
The fire was under control by 11 a.m. and no injuries were reported.
The building did not suffer any significant damage.
