An overnight stabbing led to a three-hour SWAT situation on the North Side.
Police say a 911 call about the incident on Suesman Street came in a few minutes after 2 a.m.
A woman who was stabbed in the abdomen was taken to a hospital in serious but stable condition and the suspect, a 17-year-old girl, barricaded inside a residence.
The standoff ended when officers deployed two flash-bangs and sent in a K-9.
The teen is being charged as an adult with aggravated assault.
