A man was gunned down overnight Monday near the border of Overbrook and Carrick.
It happened around 12:30 a.m. in the 2300 block of Lucina Avenue.
First responders say the man was shot in the chest and taken to a hospital in grave condition where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
Police say the victim was involved in a domestic altercation when another man shot him.
That person was arrested.
