If you're fortunate enough to have air conditioning inside your home, you'll want to make sure it's in tip top shape during heat waves such as the one we're in all this week.
On the Big K Morning Show, Andy Amhrein of Evey True Value, says the simplest thing you can do year-round is to change the filter in your AC unit.
“Your air conditioner will work better, simpler, easier, your air will be cooler if you just keep that filter changed,” said Amhrein.
He says the filter needs changed anywhere from twice a year to every two or three months, depending on the type of filter you have.
