Almost 3,800 flights have been canceled today around the nation. Over 50 of them at Pittsburgh International.

Winter Storm Landon is in full effect and making its way through the greater Pittsburgh area Thursday morning. Rain began making its way into the area late-Wednesday evening and it is expected to turn into freezing rain, and then snow through Friday morning.

Airlines around the country are getting the up-front ramifications of the wintry mix. As it continues to move into the area, Pittsburgh International Airport will continue to update travelers on flight statuses throughout the day.
