State Police seized over $23 million in illegal drugs in the first quarter of 2022.
In terms of value, marijuana was the highest, worth almost $13 million. Cocaine, narcotic pills, meth and fentanyl round out the top-5 in street value.
State Police also collected about 900 lbs of prescription medications from January through March in its drug take-back program.

· Crack cocaine – 4.78 lbs - $76,480
· LSD – 348 doses - $6,960
· Heroin – 13 lbs - $442,000
State Police provides 65 drug take-back boxes at state police stations throughout the commonwealth.
