A complaint call had a positive outcome thanks to a Pittsburgh Police Officer.
The officer was responding to a complaint about a group of kids making noise in one of the city's neighborhoods.
Rather than citing the kids, he bought them a basketball.
The Bureau shared a photo of the officer and the kids in a tweet along with this message:
"Officer Flynn responded to a noise complaint for kids playing loudly in the street.
"Instead of issuing citations he got to know the group & found out they enjoy playing basketball, but didn't have a ball. Officer Flynn returned to surprise the kids with a brand new basketball."
