A Pittsburgh man is facing decades in prison after pleading guilty in federal court to child sexual exploitation charges.
According to acting U.S. Attorney Stephen Kaufman, court proceedings showed that 49-year-old Matthew Gourley forced an underage girl to engage in sexually explicit conduct in order to produce a digital image and video.
Sentencing is scheduled for November 15, 2021.
Gourley could get 30 years in prison, a $250,000 fine or both.
The investigation in the case was conducted by the Violent Crimes Against Children Task Force, which included the FBI and the Allegheny County Police.
