A Pittsburgh man could face up to 70 years in prison and a $1 million fine if convicted on child sexual exploitation charges.
According to Acting U.S. Attorney Stephen Kaufman, 45-year-old David Saban was indicted on charges of Distribution, Receipt, Attempted Distribution and Receipt, and Possession of Material Depicting the Sexual Exploitation of Minor.
He is being held for trial.
The indictment alleges that Saban knowingly distributed, attempted to distribute, received and/or processed videos or images of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct on May 18, May 27, August 16, and September 1 of 2020.
The case against Saban was part of a nationwide initiative call Project Safe Childhood.
