The man facing homicide and other charges in the death of McKeesport Police Officer Sean Sluganski and the shooting of Officer Charles Thomas was in court Friday.
During the preliminary hearing the judge ordered Johnathan Morris to stand trial on all charges.
Morris also said he didn't remember shooting and killing Sluganski on February 6.
The Post-Gazette reports more than a dozen McKeesport officers attended the hearing. Morris' next court date is March 21.
