Allegheny Co. Sheriff investigating people being blocked from voting in Carrick

The Allegheny County Sheriff's office is investigating alleged criminal activity at a voting precinct in Carrick.

At around 6:30 Tuesday evening, the sheriff's office says as many as three individuals were blocking people from voting at Roosevelt School.

A court order was issued asking sheriff's deputies to take the individuals into custody and bring them before the elections court.

When the deputies arrived on the scene, the individuals were gone.

Deputies remained on the scene until the poll closed.
